Amazon does a lot of things well including E-commerce operations, logistics and Cloud services.

Now it is quickly becoming one of the most powerful players in the digital ads space.

In retrospect, this is quite obvious. Amazon has all the information they need

👉 Your purchases history
👉 Predictions on your future purchase trends

They also have one of the substantial  E-commerce product listings on the planet, which provides the ideal backdrop for a fantastic ad platform 🌎 .

Amazon generated ad revenue of around  $22.4 billion in the last 12 months ( 65 % YoY Growth ).  At the same time, ads dependent platforms like snap, twitter, Roku and Pinterest all together made 9.3 billion.

Note that selling ads is not in Amazon's core DNA  & they are growing in that market splendidly with an unbelievable growth rate.

When we look closely, we can see the same historic growth pattern in all of their most successful product offerings like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Prime, and this is what I love about Amazon ❤️.
